Privacy notice

This notice covers this website and the request form on it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your role, and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email and whatever it contains. We collect nothing else from this site.

Why we collect it

To answer your request. We read what you sent, we reply, and we use the details only for that conversation. If you reply "stop" at any point, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of what was said, then we delete them.

Who sees it

The people at Prospects Team who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them, or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit. The page fonts load from a public font service, which receives the standard request your browser makes for any web page.

Deleting your details

You can ask us to delete what we hold at any time. Write to brittany.wright@prospectsteam.co, or send the request through our contact form. We will confirm once it is done.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted on this page.
